Standing safe refers to the notion of keeping treasure in safe places. In this instance the treasure is our environment and the safe place. a chest of drawers.

Within this recycled chest of drawers there are: oil paintings of precious landscapes, as well as text referring to healthy air and river systems, found domestic objects etc. The exterior of the chest is covered with a found blanket carefully 'blanket' stitched in place.
